Both bucks are dressed from the same rest position and transfer simultaneously, so the operator never turns away from the work. That is the whole argument for a double buck over a single: the machine is not faster, the operator is.
Flat heads give a flatter finish on the bosom and body than a contoured head does. The buck carries yoke and side-drying air bags, and the bucks are sized to take everything from the smallest shirt to the largest.
The collar clamp opens automatically at the end of the cycle. Water spray is standard.
