A rotary double buck turns the bucks to the operator instead of moving the operator between them. One person dresses continuously, which removes the walking that hides most of the lost time in a shirt line.
The sleeve press is built into the same machine. A separate sleever is a second station, a second footprint and a second operator to keep fed — combining them is why this press fits plants that do not have room for a full three-piece line.
Porous air bags dry the yoke and sides. Sleeve arms adjust through two height positions with automatic angle orientation, so the same machine handles a slim dress shirt and a heavy work shirt without a mechanical change.
Foot-switch control of the collar clamp, vacuum and cuff clamps keeps both of the operator’s hands on the garment. Water spray and mirror are standard.
