Colmac CFS-2100 CFS 2100 Series Modular Wide Body Tunnel Finisher

Built for high-production finishing of blended garments — wet-to-dry, damp-to-dry or dry-to-dry. This is the industrial uniform and workwear platform.

Each module is self-contained with its own heat source and control system, and the tunnel is expandable by adding modules. That is the part worth understanding before you buy: you are specifying a starting length, not a fixed machine, and the price moves with it.

The steam chamber has smooth stainless walls with no exposed rivets or fasteners to catch a garment. A built-in drain, condensate return and heated floor pan stop moisture collecting in the bottom of the tunnel — the failure that turns a finishing line into a rework line.

Available in high-efficiency natural gas or steam heated, with push-button controls or the redundant PLC. Sensors trigger steam injection only when needed. Lint screens are easy-access as standard, with automatic lint screen cleaning available. Left- or right-hand hanger logic is configured to your plant layout, and all steam, gas, blower and electrical components sit behind removable lift-off panels.
