The Cube mixes steam and air throughout the whole machine rather than in a single zone, and the interior walls are active across the process length. The point of both is a consistent finish from the first garment of the shift to the last.
An 81 inch interior process height is the specification that matters here: coveralls and other long garments finish on a standard hanger instead of needing a special one. For an industrial workwear plant that removes a whole category of handling.
The layout is bi-directional, so the tunnel fits the plant rather than the plant being rebuilt around the tunnel. Operating functions run from a pre-programmed PLC with program selection on a touch screen, and the machine is available in left- or right-hand hanger logic.
