A barrier washer is built into a partition wall. Soiled linen loads on one side, the clean side unloads on the other, and door safety interlocks plus positive and negative air pressure stop contaminants migrating between the two. The clean side never sees the soiled side.
The MilTouch-EX control gives full access to machine function at every level and, critically for an accredited facility, logs are retrievable for review. When an inspector asks for evidence that isolation linen ran the correct thermal disinfection cycle, the machine produces it.
The long pole on a barrier install is almost never the machine. Framing and sealing the wall opening usually takes longer than the equipment lead time, so rough-in drawings are supplied free before you order and your contractor can start immediately.
